How do I buy conference tickets?

Tickets are booked online through the registration page. Payment is handled securely by Eventzilla, and your confirmation and e-ticket are emailed to you straight away. For group bookings or if you need an invoice, email the conference team.

When will I receive the conference material?

Your conference kit is provided on the morning of the conference, when you collect your badge at registration from 08:00.

Will refreshments be served at the venue?

Yes. All meals and refreshments are included in the delegate fee and have been carefully selected. The programme includes two coffee breaks and lunch, served in the pre-function area alongside the exhibition.

How do I reach the venue?

The conference is held in the Regal Ballroom at The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort, Al Saadiyat Street, Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi. See the Location & Venue section for a map and directions.

What about accommodation?
