H.E. Dr. Fayeza Saif Alyafei

Dr. Fayeza Saif Al-Yafei is a board-certified family medicine consultant and a distinguished leader in the field of healthcare quality & Hospital Administration. She currently serves as the Executive Director of Quality Sector in the Department of Health, Abu Dhabi. In addition to her executive role, Dr. Al-Yafei is an adjunct clinical assistant professor at Khalifa University, Abu Dhabi, where she contributes to the education and training of future healthcare professionals.

With a career spanning over two decades, Dr. Al-Yafei has dedicated herself to improving healthcare quality and patient safety in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Her efforts have led to significant improvements in clinical outcomes in several hospitals & ambulatory care settings and have earned multiple international and national awards for the organizations she has worked with.
